Sandra Siefert who represented Negros Occidental was crowned Miss Philippines-Earth 2009!
Sandra was disqualified in the Bb. Pilipinas for posing sexy in one of the local men’s magazine days before the pageant was held. Now she has redeemed herself and she is really very intelligent and spontaneous in the question and answer portion aside from her being beautiful which is rare in beauty contest nowadays.
