Miss Philippines Earth Sandra Seifert wins another for the second time in a row, she bagged Best in Gown last night, November 16, 2009, during the Evening Gown Final Competition held at the PAGCOR Grand Theater in Parañaque City, at the Miss Earth 2009Beauty Pageant!
She is also won the Best in Swimsuit!
She will surely be in the top five on the finals night, don’t you think?
