Tiger Woods ads banned in U.S. television?!
No advertisements featuring Tiger Woods have run on US prime-time television broadcast networks and 19 cable channels since late last month, after reports of his extramarital affairs broke out. The last TV ads that was seen featuring Tiger Woods was last November 29 and it was his Gillette commercial. And even in popular sports channels there were no Tiger Wood commercials seen at all.
Since the news broke out of his infedility , Woods’ ranking among celebrity endorsers plunged from 6th to 24th, according to the Davie Brown Index, which is used to gauge the ability of personalities to influence shoppers.
Will we ever see any of his commercials on TV again?
