Hayden Kho voluntary surrenders and post bails!
Last December 28, 2009 a warrant of arrest for Hayden Kho was issued by the Pasicg Regional Trial Court in connection with the case of Violation of Republic Act No. 9262 (Anti-Violence Against Women & Their Children Act) filed by Katrina Halili against him.
And yesterday December 5 Hayden Kho together with his lawyer voluntary surrendered at the Pasig RTC and paid/posted a P 20,000.00 bail bond that leads to the lifting of his arrest warrant.
The arraignment of his case is scheduled on February 23.
The legal counsel of Katrina Halili, Atty. Raymund Palad issues a statement:
“From the start, we are confident that the Court will deny the dilatory motion [delaying tactic] of Hayden to determine probable cause and to dismiss criminal case. Now, our task is to see to it that justice is served so that Hayden will be convicted by the Court and sent to Muntinlupa Penitentiary as soon as possible.”
