First the lawyer’s of Kris Aquino’s Lawyer cited the lack of authority of the officer who solemnized the wedding as the ground for annulment with husband James Yap, but since they finally found out that there are lots of loopholes in their petition. Now they added mutual “psychological incapacity” to their petition.
In an amended petition filed with the Makati RTC on Friday, Aquino’s lawyers said the 2 should no longer continue their relationship as husband and wife because of their mental state.
The petition said both Aquino and Yap had “personality disorders” since their youth.
Yap’s lawyer Atty.Lorna Kapunan said that Ms. Aquino and her client are now discussing how to divide their properties.
Well, let’s just wait if their petition will be approved by the courts of law and how the outcome will be!
