Willie Revillame is back! On October 23, Saturday, Willie returns to television with his much awaited, highly anticipated show “Willing Willie” on TV5. Everyone is talking about it; everyone is excited; and now it’s finally here. The Kapatid Network’s first daily game show has everything – exciting games, life-changing prizes, catchy music, hi-tech set, sexy dancers, and of course, Willie’s humor, sympathetic hosting style and charisma.
The show airs at 5 to 7 pm on Saturdays and 6:30 to 8:30 pm, Mondays to Fridays. It will definitely change the Philippine TV landscape as the timeslot used to be lorded over by news programs. But as Willie observes, this is family bonding time, usually over dinner. It is better to spend the evening with laughter and games – than bad news and crime reports.
The tagline of the show is “Tuloy ang saya. The “pag-asa” or inspirational part comes from the interview segment of “Wiltime Bigtime.” This is the heart and soul of “Willing Willie”. Here, we feature players from all walks of life – basurero, labandera, students, teachers, soldiers, sidewalk vendors, etc. We will laugh with them, cry with them, be inspired by them. And we will all feel positive and hopeful when they play well and win big.

Sana, hindi totoo ito. Matagal na namin itong nabalitaan, nag-die-down, tapos, ito na naman, narinig uli namin ang balitang totoong hiwalay na raw ang showbiz couple.
Sabi nga namin sa aming kausap, ba’t ’pag pinanonood namin sa tv commercial ang mag-asawa, eh, parang sila ang pinakamasayang pamilya sa buong mundo?
“Aba, siyempre, umaarte silang one happy family sila, eh. Kasi, ’yun ang hinihingi sa commercial. Pero ang totoo, matagal na silang hiwalay.
“Kailangan lang nilang magsama sa isang bubong, dahil nakatali sila sa kontrata du’n sa mga commercial na ginagawa nila.
“’Pag naghiwalay sila, sila mismo ang nag-violate ng contract. Magbi-breach sila ng contract. Up to now naman, nasa iisang bubong lang sila, eh. Pero magkahiwalay sila ng kuwarto.
“And when in front of the cameras, super sweet sila at sobrang kaiinggitan ang kanilang pagsasama. Pagdating sa house, kanya-kanya na sila.”
Ano’ng rason?
“‘Yan ang alamin mo sa kanila. At itanong mo na rin kung may third party involved.”
May ganu’n? Eto na lang ang clue na ibibigay namin kay mister at kay misis. Chicken lang ’to sa inyo.

Gerald Anderson breaks down during "Till My Heartache End" press con!

Hunk actor Gerald Anderson broke down, cried and left the press conference on Tuesday of Star Cinema’s upcoming movie “Till My Heartaches End.”
Anderson’s emotional outburst happened as he shared his thoughts and feelings about his life and career following his rumored break-up with long-time on-screen partner Kim Chiu.
Chiu was also present at the press conference.
Anderson reportedly ended his special relationship with Chiu because of actress Bea Alonzo.
Anderson cried after he failed to answer a question from a reporter on whether he ever had an opportunity to ask Chiu if she loves him.
“Sa loob ng 4 years, opo. Nagkaroon kami ng special relationship. We shared very happy moments together. We cared for each other, at times, siyempre we hurt each other, mas madalas, ako. Pero masakit kasi. Ang masakit doon ay ang dami kong binigay sa kanyang problema at heartaches, pero tinanggap niya pa din ako.
“Masakit kasi alam ko, kahit kailan, kahit anong gawin ko ay hindi ko pa din mapapantayan ang ginawa niya para sa akin, ang pagtanggap niya sa akin,” the actor said.
Anderson said he has never sought to hurt anyone. What makes him really sad, he added, is that there are now people who hate him, even threatening him and his family.
“Nakalimutan siguro nila na tao din ako, nagkakamali din ako,” Anderson said.
He said he is also hurt by the move of Chiu’s fans, popularly known as Kimerald, to withdraw their support for him.
“Marami po akong natatanggap na hate mails kahit sa bahay ko, ang mga mahal ko sa buhay ko ay nadadamay,” he said.
He added: “Kasi kung ako lang, kaya kong tanggapin ito, kaya kong tiisin ang lahat ng nangyayari sa akin, pero iba na kung idinadamay ang pamilya mo. Iba na kung isang araw, may tumawag sa akin at sasabihin ay papatayin daw niya ang anak niya.”
“Hindi ako perpektong tao, I tried my best para maging inspirasyon sa ibang tao para maging isang role model pero mahirap din.”
After expressing his thoughts, Anderson excused himself from the event and didn’t come back.
According to ABS-CBN executive Eric John Salut, Anderson failed to return to the press conference after he hyperventilated.
The actor was checked by ABS-CBN’s medical team.
“May ia-announce lang po, hindi na po kayang bumalik ni Gerald Anderson. He is being attended now by the medic, medyo nagha-hyperventilate po siya, pasensiya na po at hindi na po matatapos ni Gerald ang (event),” Salut said.
Kim defends Anderson
Chiu also cried during Anderson’s emotional moment. She appealed to her fans to understand that they although they are celebrities, they are also entitled to privacy.
Chiu admitted she also gets hurt when people say bad things against Anderson to the extent that they even threaten the actor and Alonzo.
“Ako, okay ako, ayaw kong may naririnig ako na papatayin si Bea, tatapunan ng asido at papatayin si Gerald, ayaw ko ng ganoon,” she said.
“Tanggapin niyo na kung anuman ‘yong nangyayari, and sana, maging masaya tayo. Kung anuman ang nangayayari ngayon, sana ay tanggapin niyo na at maintindihan nila na may personal din kaming buhay,” Chiu said.
She said Anderson is just a human being who sometimes makes mistakes.
“Salamat and sana ay maging okay ang lahat. Sabi ko nga sa ‘The Buzz,’ ‘yong mga taong nagsasabi ng masama tungkol kay Gerald, minsan ako ang nasasaktan para sa kanya, kasi tao lang din naman siya, nagkakamali. Sana ay intindihin na lang po natin ‘yon tanggapin na lang natin kung ano ang nangyari,” Chiu said.
Chiu also thanked her fans for their support, and expressed hope that things would turn out for the better.

Did PNoy and Shalani Really Split Up?

President Noynoy Aquino—or PNoy as he prefers to be called—could have just been rattling off his favorite songs to some editors during a private dinner with them, or he really was hinting at the current state of his relationship, or the lack of, with Valenzuela City councilor, Shalani Soledad.
In a report aired on “The Buzz” on Oct. 10, the aforementioned story had been picked up as a source that could verify that PNoy and Councilor Shalani had called it quits after a little more than a year together.
More, it was said that the councilor missed two important public appearances of the President, namely his State of the Nation address on July 26, and his First 100 Days in office last Thursday.
“The Buzz” began the report by tracing when the relationship began. PNoy and the councilor met on July 28, 2008 at Alfredo’s when the former was still serving the country as Senator. The show pointed out that it had also been documented that during the campaign period for the 2010 elections, their relationship had become rather shaky.
Back then, “The Buzz” did a story on Councilor Shalani. Airing on May 23, former “The Buzz” co-host and now Presidential sister, Kris Aquino, interviewed her brother’s girlfriend. The councilor still sounded optimistic then, telling Kris that her relationship with then-Senator Noynoy was a “deep commitment but at this point kasi, napakalaki nung task na haharapin ni Noy. So ang focus talaga should be on the task ahead of him… kasi ang hirap.”
At one point, Kris asked the councilor if she got hurt by the then-Presidential aspirant when he said he didn’t see himself settling down during his term, should he win. Councilor Shalani replied then, “In a way. Siyempre when you are in a relationship, you’re looking forward [to something] long term.”
PNoy refused to talk about his relationship when cornered by the media for an interview recently, let alone confirm the break-up rumors. For now, sources say the couple went through a cool off period, and then the break-up—which apparently happened two weeks ago, hours after the president came back from his September trip to the U.S.
Not only did the source say that PNoy purportedly said the split was inevitable if Councilor Shalani was already unhappy, but that it was apparently initiated by the president himself.
To top it all, the break-up supposedly even happened in the exact same place where they first met—at Alfredo’s [steak house].
The reason the sources cited was lack of proper communication between them, as well as the lack of time they had for each other.
During the episode, “The Buzz” host Boy Abunda laid down his own reading of the situation and declared, “Ang basa ko, totoo ang balita… na hiwalay sila.”
Note, however, that Boy also hadn’t spoken to PNoy so even this was a speculation. What he added was that no one was sure if the break up is temporary or not. He closed with a plea for people to just respect the couple’s privacy, especially since this issue involves the country’s president, no less.
