Jed Madela who is a Universal Record contract expired recently declined to renew his contract and signed a deal on Thursday, September 13, with ABS-CBN’s record arm Star Records.
He is very happy with his decision.
This is what he said on his transfer:
“Officially I just signed up with Star Records. So excited to start working with them – a new team, a new set of great artists to work with, composers, arrangers, producers.”
On the reason for his transfer:
“The contract expired already. Pinag-usapan ng management ko din, and personally, it was my decision din to explore other possibilities, to try out a new scenario in the music industry.”
