Lindsay Lohan‘s father Michael Lohan staged a failed intervention at her house earlier this week. Lohan ended up calling the police who escorted her father off of her property.
But now reports revealed that Michael Lohan will go to court in an attempt to get a conservatorship for her daughter, Lindsay Lohan.
He is apparently determined her mother Dina will not be in the running, as he sees her as one of the people who is causing trouble for Lindsay
