Philippines will once again celebrate the 27th Anniversary of EDSA Peoples Power this coming February 25, 2013 (a Monday)and once again it has been declared a special holiday in the Philippines !
A special holiday since it is just a school holiday only as stated in President Noynoy Aquino’s Proclamation No. 459.
No holidays for workers, work still resumes in the Philippines!
