Sarah Geronimo’s “24SG US Tour” schedule revealed!

Sarah Geronimo  is all set for her US leg of concert titled 24SG US Tour 2013!

You can catch Sarah on the following dates and cities:

  • May 25 at Nob Hill Masonic Center, San Francisco;
  • May 26 at Celebrity Theater in Phoenix, Arizona;
  • June 1 at Balboa Theater in San Diego; and
  • June 2 at the Orpheum Theater in Los Angeles.

Joining her are Matteo Guidicelli and Jon Santos.

Vice Ganda will be having his third major concert titled  I-Vice Ganda Mo ‘Ko sa Araneta on Mayo 17.

In a recent interview Vice was asked if he ever had any sex before a concert and if ever did it affect her voice in the process?

Vice was quick to answer:

“Ay, active po ako, gabi-gabi.”

“Ay, hindi naman gabi-gabi. Ha! Ha! Ha!

“Active siya. Hindi puwedeng wala, ‘no! Ano ‘yon, pagod ka lang, ngawit, lapot, pero wala kang pangas?! Kailangan may pangas, ‘no!

“At saka mas hindi ako ganado at hindi ako malakas ‘pag wala akong sex. Ikinukuwento ko talaga, ‘di ba? Ha! Ha! Ha!

On the effect of sex on his voice:

“Ay, hindi kasi ako mahilig do’n, kaya safe ang throat ko.”

“‘Yun ang gusto n’yong sagot, ‘di ba?”

If his voice is not affected what is his secret:

“I’m a Powerpuff Girl! Ha! Ha! Ha!

“Hindi kasi ako mahilig… O, baka mamaya, mabasa ko na lang, ‘Vice Ganda, patira!’ Wala akong sinabi, ha?

“Basta ang sinabi ko, hindi ako mahilig sa ano, ha? Wala akong ibang sinabi. Ha! Ha! Ha!”

Unkabogable box-office star and record-breaking concert artist Vice Ganda is all set to conquer the Big Dome once again on May 17 (Friday) as he treats his avid fans with a night to remember in his 3rd major solo concert titled “I-Vice Ganda Mo ‘Ko Sa Araneta.”

As an early gift for his fans, Vice recently went to Smart Araneta Coliseum to personally meet and hand over the tickets to those who are looking forward to watch his concert. “I had a fun time bonding with them but at the same time it made me feel more pressure to perform better because I don’t want to waste the money that they’re spending to support me,” Vice said.

For his third concert at the Big Dome, the box-office star said that he has prepared a different string of surprises and gimmicks including his non-stop mind-blowing production numbers and the never-before-seen version of Vice Ganda that will surely shock everyone.

Joining Vice on his upcoming concert are some of the biggest names in the industry such as Daniel Padilla, Enrique Gil, Paulo Avelino, Dawn Zulueta, and Ai Ai delas Alas.

Maja reveals concert plans for her 10th year in Showbiz!

Maja gamely performed in hopes of convincing the Banker to offer her big amounts of money in exchange of her chosen briefcase. Despite the pressure, Maja stayed positive that she will take home the P2 million jackpot since she won big prizes in most of the game shows she had joined in the past.

Katy Perry created “Fireworks” for the Kids’ Inaugural Concert in Washington, D.C.!

Perry did not bring any fireworks with her but her presence and the stars and stripes costume she wear together with her explosive performance is just enough to create one.

The pop icon sang several of her biggest hits, including “Teenage Dream,” “Part of Me,” “Wide Awake,” and “Firework,” which was accompanied by a slideshow of photos showing President Obama in action.

While the First Lady Michelle Obama and her daughters, Malia, 14, and Sasha, 11, who were sitting on the front row were enjoying the show as they cheered her on and danced to her performance as well.

“I’m very proud to be here and to see the Obamas and the Bidens here for four more years!”

Kylie Minogue and Jason Donovan reunited just for fans!

Kylie Minogue and Jason Donovan were reunited on stage for the first time in 23 years on Friday as the Australian pair duetted on their 1988 smash hit “Especially For You” at a show in London.

“How long have you waited for this for?” Minogue asked as they sang together at the 20,000-seater O2 Arena, which erupted in rapturous applause.

During a musical interlude, Donovan swept Minogue — dressed in a short black dress — off her feet in a heartfelt embrace.

The duet sold more than a million copies in Britain alone and topped the charts across Europe and Australasia.

Donovan and Minogue won popularity as on-screen couple Scott and Charlene in the Australian soap opera “Neighbours” in the late 1980s and were secretly a real-life item at the same time — but their romance did not last.

Minogue went on to a stellar global pop career, while Donovan still performs as an actor and musician.

Now both 44, the pair were joined by 1980s and 1990s pop stars Rick Astley, Bananarama, Sinitta and Steps among others for the Hit Factory Live — Christmas Cracker show.

“A Christmas Gift” Concert by ABS-CBN Philharmonic Orchestra ft. Xian Lim and K-La Rivera!

The ABS-CBN Philharmonic Orchestra will spread holiday cheer as it performs in a free concert dubbed “A Christmas Gift” at the Rockwell Tent on December 16 at 2 pm and 6 pm. Led by its music director, conductor Gerard Salonga, the orchestra will play Christmas favorites.


Special guests for the concert are actor Xian Lim, who will showcase his piano and trombone skills; and singerK-La Rivera. This event is presented by ABS-CBN, First Philippine Holdings Inc., and Rockwell Land.

Nora Aunor gears up for her 60th B-day concert in 2013!

Nora Aunor will be a very busy Superstar next year as she will star in a movie, teleserye, new album and plans a big concert for her birthday!

Shooting for her next movie with no less than Coco Martin will pushed through next year with Brillante Mendoza as the director. She will also start taping for the up coming teleserye on TV5  her co-stars will be Alice Dixson, Edgar Allan Guzman, and the “Artista Academy” Best Actor Vin Abrenica and Best Actress Sofie Albert.

She is going to release an album next year, too. She recorded some songs when she was still in Los Angeles with the late composer and record producer Bodjie Dasig, long before her voice got messed up.

One thing she wants to do is to have a grand 60th birthday celebration with a big concert on May 21, 2013. That is still not sure yet. But she is set to get her throat surgery done by next year to restore her lost voice, hopefully it will be pushed through this time around.

Vice Ganda on Regine Velasquez Silver Concert: least “Hindi lang siya ang concert diva na may pinakamaraming standing ovation, siya na rin ang may hawak ng pinakamaraming piyok sa concert.”!

Regine Velasquez celebrated her 25th anniversary concert titled Silver last Friday, November 16 at the Mall Of Asia Arena!

As we all know by now that Regine cut short her concert since she lost her voice due to viral infection.

She was mulling on cancelling the show since the start of the day of the concert she was no longer feeling well, bur still she wants to celebrate her 25th anniversary as a singer.

So when it was her time to sing she missed a lot of notes (pumiyok) many times while she was singing. She really tried her best to sing , but to no avail.

According to a concert goer Lani Misalucha, Ogie Diaz and Janno Gibs were there as a guest and then she called Anton Diva (who is known for impersonating her voice) on stage and even called up Vice Ganda and John Lapus from the audience.

Andun naman sina Lani Misalucha, Ogie Alcasid, and Janno Gibbs at tinawag ni Regine si Anton Diva na nakilala sa panggagaya sa kanya. Tinawag din daw niya sa stage sina Vice Ganda at John Lapus.

This is what Vice Ganda said according to a reliable source:

“Si Vice nagawa pa siyang i-goodtime as in sinabi niyang at least hindi lang siya ang concert diva na may pinakamaraming standing ovation, siya na rin ang may hawak ng pinakamaraming piyok sa concert.”

Regine Velasquez then told the concert goers to keep their tickets for another concert to be announced soon for free on the same venue.
