Liza Soberano reveals crush on Enrique Gil!

What’s not to like?

That’s what Liza Soberano seems to be saying when asked about her “Forevermore” leading man Enrique Gil.

“It’s not hard to like him, his very likeable and we’re close. It’s fun to have a crush on your best friend,” she said in an exclusive interview.

But more than Gil’s looks, Soberano said she likes the fact that the actor is a family-oriented guy who also “loves animals.”

“Makikita mo talaga na ginagawa niya lahat for his family, for his mother. That he has dreams and in his dreams kasama niya ‘yung family niya. That’s something that I really like about a guy,” she said.

Asked if it is possible that their friendship may develop into something more special, Soberano said: “It’s possible, yes.”

However, the young actress knows their priorities as of the moment such that entering into a relationship is not yet on the table.

“Right now, we both have something we want to focus on and we have things we want to achieve and we’re focusing muna on that,” she explained.

Meanwhile, Soberano thanked the viewers who continue supporting her and Gil on “Forevermore.”

“Natutuwa ako kasi that’s what we want, we want people to like the show. Hindi naman kami nag-iisip na kailangan number one kami basta lang maramdaman ng mga viewers ng ‘Forevermore’ yung story,” she said.

Asked for a message to her fans, Soberano said: “I just want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart and for your continuous love. It warms our hearts up to see your tweets, to see your feedback on Instagram and to make us number one every night.”

“That’s just amazing and we’re really happy and we promise that we will try our best and we will do our best so that we can satisfy your wants sa show namin and I hope you guys mag-enjoy pa lalo sa mga mangyayari sa ‘Forevermore,’” she added.

Liza Soberano bullied by Enrique Gil’s mom in “Forevermore”!

FOREVERMORE_Kakayanin ba ni Agnes ang mga pagsubok na pagdadaanan niya sa kamay nina Bettina at Steph
Viewers and netizens were moved by the recent turn of events in ABS-CBN’s top-rating romantic drama series, “Forevermore” where Liza Soberano’s character gets bullied by Xander’s (Enrique Gil) mother, Bettina (Lilet), who happens to be her boss in Grande Hotel.

“XaGnes” (Xander-Agnes) fans got so affected by the episode last Monday (December 29) that they quickly made “Agnes” and the show’s official hashtag “#ForevermoreTheChallenge” top trending topics on Twitter. Numerous netizens sympathize and tweet about the humiliation that Agnes suffered in the hands of Bettina and the hotel’s VIP guest, Steph (Marina Benipayo).

Viewers got so affected when Agnes accidentally poured hot chocolate on Steph’s expensive outfit. Agnes was teary-eyed with the embarrassing incident that happened in front of Xander’s grandmother, Doña Soledad (Marissa Delgado), and cousin Julius (Kit Thompson).

Will the humiliation end Agnes’ dream to finish her studies or will it motivate her to strive harder as a chambermaid of Grande Hotel? How will Xander make up to Agnes, especially since he was not around during the time he was needed most by his girlfriend?

Continue to feel the thrill of falling in love for the first time in “Forevermore” weeknights after “Dream Dad” on ABS-CBN Primetime Bida.

“I wouldn’t say that I sound better than the original singers because the singers here are so amazing. But I would hope that I could pay tribute to them with this album,” David said at the press conference for the album.

To show gratitude for David’s contribution to OPM, Organisasyon ng Pilipinong Mang-Aawit president Ogie Alcasid handed David a plaque of appreciation for recording an OPM album.

As an added treat to David’s fans, the album will also include “Nandito Ako”, from the TV5 mini-series of the same name.

The David Archuleta story began on Dec. 28, 1990, the day David was born to Jeff and Lupe Archuleta in North Miami, Florida. His father was a jazz musician who was always playing the trumpet around the house. His mother was a singer who performed locally with her three sisters in a group known as the Mayorga Sisters. David always enjoyed music, but wasn’t particularly fond of his dad’s jazz trumpet playing, covering his ears “because it was so loud.”

But then came one of those pivotal moments, when David was six years old and watched a videotape with his younger brother as his family was relocating from Florida to Utah. It was the 10th anniversary concert of the stage musical “Les Miserables” and David became captivated with the music, playing the tape over and over, memorizing each song, complete with cockney accents. Then he discovered and fell in love with other musicals like “Evita” and “Into the Woods.” He also listened to his mother’s Selena and Gloria Estefan albums, but he didn’t pay attention to radio much and wasn’t really aware of pop music, until he watched the first season of “American Idol.”

The rest, as they say, is history.
