Maricel Soriano’s first shooting day for “Girl, Boy, Bakla, Tomboy” reset!

The movie, Girl Boy, Bakla, Tomboy was supposed to have its first shooting day on February 12, but was reset for another date!

Director Wenn Deramas was very excited to work on the scheduled first shooting day, but has to wait for another schedule since Vice Ganda got sick. This is the first movie of Maricel Soriano who will play the mother of Vice and husband to Gabby Concepcion. This is a sort of reunion movie of Maricel and Gabby who both started out as Regal babies.

This is what Deramas said of working with the Diamond Star:

“Aaminin ko, fan ako ni Maria, nasubaybayan ko ang mga pelikulang ginawa niya. Para siyang Nida Blanca, kahit saan mo ilagay, mapa-comedy/ drama, nagagampanan niya nang tama plus mahusay pa siyang magsayaw.”

Maricel Soriano, Gabby Concepcion and Vice Ganda topbills “Girl Boy Bakla Tomboy”!

After the much talk about firing of Maricel Soriano from the teleserye Bukas Na Lang Kita Mamahalin, there is a good news that resulted from it!

Now, the Diamond Star can now concentrate more in the up-coming Viva Films movie Girl Boy Bakla Tomboy together with Gabby Concepcion and Vice Ganda.

Another hilarious movie that will bring in laughter for everyone, Soriano and Concepcion are going to play the role of a parent to Vice Ganda who is going to play the role of a quadruplets with a gender bender role of a lifetime.

From the looks of it Vice Ganda can pull the roles of a girl, a boy, a bakla and a tomboy. Hmmmm sound interesting already!

Andi Eigenmann on Albie Casiño: “It’s a waste of time for me to be bitter over someone who doesn’t even care.”!

Andi Eigenmann is set to sizzle the boot-tube once again in Kahit Puso’y Sinugatan after giving birth to Ellie!

This will be her first teleserye as mom and in the cast she will be joined by Gabby Concepcion, Iza Calzado, and Jake Cuenca.

She is now very a happy mother and she is vocal that her inspiration is her daughter and she could not contain her happiness.

This is what she said about her daughter and Albie Casiño:

“Ang saya-saya ko ngayon. Walang dahilan para ako maging bitter. Walang nawala sa akin noong nawala siya. Masaya po ako kay Ellie. Nawala nga po siya pero may naibigay naman po sa akin na sobrang gandang anghel and I really want to take care of her and love her really well. It’s a waste of time for me to be bitter over someone who doesn’t even care.”

If she is open to Albie seeing her child:

“He’s the father of my child, hindi po mawawala ’yung ganun, pero hindi mo ipipilit ang ganun kung ayaw. Kung wala, wala. Kung masama po ang loob nila sa amin, hindi po kami gaganti, walang ganun-ganun, pero hindi namin ipipilit ’yun kasi puwede ko naman pong mapalaki si Ellie ng tama kahit na hindi niya makikilala si Albie.”

Andi Eigenmann back on TV via “Kahit Puso’y Masugatan”!

Andi Eigenmann is back in the limelight with her latest teleserye Kahit Puso’y Masugatan!

Although Andi is also back in the headlines with her chance meet up with Albie Casiño in a bar where she get to slap him and pour a glass of wine. It’s as if stolen from an old movie scene. And Albie ended up being beaten outside the bar by Andie’s friends.

Anyway, back to her up-coming teleserye, she will be paired with Jake Cuenca this time around and also included in the cast are Gabby Concepcion and the first teleserye of Iza Calzado on ABS-CBN.

What a powerful cast indeed, just what Andi needed to regain back her showbiz career after giving birth to her daughter courtesy of Albie.

Gabby Concepcion’s waiting for daughter Cloie to make the first move!

Now it can be told why on earth did Gabby Concepcion and daughter Cloie Syqiuia Skarne from Jenny Sequia did not meet up when she was here in Manila recently.

Cloie was here for a school break together with her mom Jenny and she signed up as an artist with Viva Talent Agency. While she was here she only met up with her half sisters KC Concepcion and Garie Concepcion, but never with her biological father.

This is what Gabby said:

“Gusto ko nga, siyempre sa lahat ng anak ko lahat sila gusto kong makita. Tulad nung una kong dinalaw ni KC (Concepcion) noong 2005. Alam ko one day maski hindi kami nagkikita ’pag ready na siya, tatawag siya. Si Garrie, ganoon din, tumawag sila. So, noong ready na sila, sila na ang gagawa ng move. Hinihintay ko lang si Cloie rin. Balita ko kay KC, ’di pa siya ready so ayaw ko nang pilitin.”

“The Mommy Returns” movie poster and trailer revealed!

Regal Films initial offering for 2012 The Mommy Returns’ official poster, trailer and synopsis for the upcoming family-comedy film has just been revealed!

“The Mommy Returns” starring Ruffa Gutierrez, Gabby Concepcion, Jilian Ward and Pokwang.

It also stars Gloria Diaz, John Lapus, Kiray Celis, Yaya Moi, Kirbie Zamora, Ervic Vijandre and Hiro Magalona. Introducing Gerald Pesigan.

A screenplay by Senedy H. Que and helmed by Joel Lamangan, The Mommy Returns is set to open in theaters nationwide on May 9, 2012.

Iza Calzado and Gabby Concepcion teleserye in the works

The newest Kapamilya Iza Calzado is all set to do a teleserye and if rumors are to be believed her leading man will be Gabby Concepcion!

In a recent report it is said that Gabby Concepcion just declined an offer in the Kapuso network in the up-coming teleserye with Richard Gutierrez, Carla Abellana and Sarah Lahbati. Gabby is supposed to play the role of Richard’s father.

But then another offer was made to play the leading man of Iza in the up-coming teleserye on ABS-CBN. And he chose the later. Some said that he refused to play a father role to Richard Gutierrez.

Gabby Concepcion’s showbiz projects shelved!

Gabby Concepcion who’s daughters from different women are getting attention as they one by one gets into showbiz!

KC Concepcion, daughter of Mega Star Sharon Cuneta who is the first one who joined showbiz, next was Garie Concepcion, daughter of Grace Ibuna,  who is now a recording artist and most recently Cloie Concepcion , daughter of Jenny Sequia who was just introduced in ASAP singing with half sister KC.

Cloie recently revealed in an interview that she has yet to see her father.

Gabby had a big showbiz comeback some years back and it made a big news. But then his projects are not doing well, he head a movie with daughter KC which also did not do well at the tills. Then he transferred network and made a teleserye which did not register much to viewers. His up-coming movie with ex-wife Sjharon Cuneta has been shelved and planned movie with Ruffa Gutierrez was also shelved.

He is no longer seen in a long while.

Does this mean that this is the end of his showbiz career? Now that her daughters are on the limelight does this mean that people are now more interested in them?

Gabby Concepcion and Niña Jose will topbill pilot episode of TV5's Regal Shocker!

TV5 will launch its new Sabado Panalo block with the back-to-back-to-back pilot airing of The Jose and Wally Show Starring Vic Sotto, Regal Shocker, and Real Confessions.

Starting November 5, viewers can watch the reality-comedy program The Jose and Wally Show Starring Vic Sotto. Featuring  Bossing Vic Sotto and the wacky duo of Jose Manalo and Wally Bayola, this innovative program is a “show within a show.” It follows the adventures of Direk Vic as he puts up a TV program for two has-been comedians turned ‘frenemies’ who constantly try to outshine each other. Mr. Pinoy Explorer himself, Aga Muhlach, will grace the show as himself on its pilot episode this Saturday.

 

Following The Jose and Wally Show Starring Vic Sotto is the premiere of Regal Shocker,which is bound to scare a new generation of televiewers the way it did in the ’80s. Its pilot offering presents Gabby Concepcion and Nina Jose in the hair-raising episode titled “Elevator.”

The November 12 episode titled “Red Shoes” will feature Ruffa Gutierrez as a fashion blogger while the November 19 episode will feature a mysterious piano that will scare Alex Gonzaga and Edgar Allan Guzman.

 

From Star Confessions to Real Confessions, ordinary Filipinos now get to share their extraordinary life stories. For its first salvo, Real Confessions shares a moving love story that knows no boundaries, with Gelli de Belen and Wendell Ramos playing the role of a star-crossed couple who, though separated by death, continue to signify the depth of true love.

 

This new ‘Sabado Panalo’ lineup will make Saturday primetime viewing more engaging and exciting starting this November 5 right after Wil Time Bigtime on TV5.
