Juliana Palermo is topless on the cover of Playboy Philippines’  for July 2012 issue!

Juliana is featured in a two alternate covers, one was hot outdoors and the other in the studio.

Juliana, whose real name is Alvi July Juanico and is now 27,  and she quit showbiz in 2008. She was last seen in the ABS-CBN series “Maging Sino Ka Man: Ang Pagbabalik” in 2007.

Now based in California, where she grew up, Juliana said she did not exactly do the Playboy cover shoot to revive her career but merely to show that she has maintained her figure after she gave birth two years ago.

“My son was only 11 months old when I did the shoot,” she said.
