Sam Concepcion, who tops the poll for 4 consecutive years from 2006 to 2009, dropped to 2nd palce this year, followed by AJ Perez. Enzo bested other Kapamilya cuties like PBB Teen Clash alum Brett Jackson, James Reid and fellow Kapuso Elmo Magalona who landed on the 10th spot.
