Pushing drama beyond limits in ‘Makapiling Kang Muli’ starts June 4!

What if the person you love is in love with someone else?  Will it be worth fighting for?
This June 4, GMA Network raises the bar in Primetime television anew with the premiere of its newest teledrama, Makapiling Kang Muli.  Featuring a riveting story about love, family, and dreams, this Kapuso prime time offering is set to captivate viewers with its well-crafted storyline, unparalleled production values, and a drama beyond limits.
On Monday, the much awaited comeback of Kapuso leading man Richard Gutierrez on Primetime Television happens via GMA’s Makapiling Kang Muli.
We started to love her in Rosalinda and will love her even more as Carla Abellana portrays the role of Leilani Angeles in the highly anticipated project.
Richard and Carla, two of the biggest stars today, unite in one big project.  A new love team that the viewers will surely love.
Playing an equally important roles in the series are Sarah Lahbati as Graciela Montes and Mark Anthony Fernandez as Louie Valencia.
In the story, a friendship blossoms between Martin and Leilani which eventually becomes a secret love for one another.  Destiny plays a trick on them when a tragic accident happens at the ranch, which causes the death of a number of people including Leilani’s father.  Leilani puts the blame on Martin’s shoulder and she leaves the ranch to forget the miserable experience that happened to her family.
Martin, on the other hand, feels the pain of his good friend leaving.  During his hardest times, he meets Graciela – the girlfriend of his boss, Raffy – and a secret love affair starts to flourish.  What if Raffy finds out that there is a blossoming relationship between Graciela and Martin?
As for Martin and Leilani, will their love for each other be able to rekindle the tie between them after their painful past?  And will they be given another chance to pursue their love for one another?
GMA’s Prime leading man Richard Gutierrez shares his gratefulness on doing the much awaited teledrama.  “This is one of the biggest milestones in my career.  I’m thankful to be part of this project.  It’s a very well written script.  It’s something new for me and for the audience.  Kaya naman sobra naming pinaghandaan ito.  We even underwent trainings and workshops before shooting Makapiling Kang Muli.”
Meanwhile, Carla Abellana gets more excited as she embarks on a major project after renewing her contract with GMA. “I’m blessed. It’s my first time to be working with Richard and some of the most respected stars in the industry. That’s why I made sure that my acting will be at par with my co-actors. Viewers should look forward to this project.”
Making this primetime drama even grander are Ms. Gloria Romero in her first vicious role as Señora Soledad Silvestre, Robert Arevalo as Florentino Caballero, Philip Salvador as Amadeo Perez, Mark Gil as Roman Valencia, and Rio Locsin as Mara Valencia.  Completing the powerhouse cast are TJ Trinidad as Javier Lagdameo, John Lapus as George, Paolo Paraiso as Bodjie, Dominic Roco as Wesley, Benedict Campos as Kieffer, Rocky Gutierrez as Brando, and introducing Janine Gutierrez as Lynley Angeles.
With the special participation of Jennylyn Mercado (as young Mara Valencia), Gabby Eigenmann (as young Roman Valencia), and James Blanco (as young batang Emilio).
Under the helm of of award-winning actor/director Ricky Davao, witness as love, action, and drama unravel on Makapiling Kang Muli starting June 4, Monday to Friday, after Luna Blanca on GMA-7.  It will be seen worldwide on GMA Pinoy TV beginning June 6.
