The “Mistress” in Kris Aquino reconsiders role in “Etiquette for Mistresses”!

Earlier this year Kris Aquino accepted the role of a mistress in the movie adaptation of “Etiquette for Mistresses: And What Wives Can Learn From Them”, but backed out for the reason that she would then breach a contract from her endorsements since she will be playing the mistress role.

But now Krtis turned 360degrees as she announced early this week on “Aquino & Abunda Tonight” that she can now star in the film adaptation of Jullie Yap Daza’s book “Etiquette for Mistresses: And What Wives Can Learn From Them.”

The film adaptation will be directed by Chito Roño and could see Kris reunite with Claudine Barretto, her co-star in “Sukob” in 2006.

Kris will surely do justice to the role, don’t you think?

This does nit deter her to do better on her craft:

“Masakit (It’s painful) but I want to prove myself.

In the movie Kamkam she plays a role of a scheming mistress and her father and boyfriend did not like it:

“When I let my dad watch the uncut version of the film, he said, ‘I don’t like seeing you like this.’

But she wants to prove that she can act and is no longer a teenager in this movie.

“Legal Wife” ends tonight, Maja said, “Huwag kayong maging mistress.”!

Grace Ibuna reveals after burial that she’s not after Iggy’s money!

Grace Ibuna, the common law wife/partner of the lateRep. Ignacio “Iggy” Arroyo, in a post burial interview, she vehemently denied that she is only after Arroyo’s money.

Grace Ibuna was interviewed last Sunday on The Buzz.

She revealed her that she is living comfortably before she met Iggy:

“Hindi naman ako sa nagyayabang. Hindi kami mga Ayala or Zobel, Gokongwei, Sy or Tan but I have two hardworking parents. We lived well. Lumaki kami ng maayos at hindi rin naman kami mahirap but we lived a very comfortable life. We are all working, we are all entrepreneurs.”

On being tagged as the “other woman”:

On not speaking up about the issue:

“Hindi ko naman ito gusto eh. Ayaw ko patulan. What for? The truth is I was grieving.

On the media exposure that she gets:

“Ako, gusto ko umeksena? Sino bang nag-umpisang magsalita? Wala. Araw-araw sila nasa media.

On who unplugged Arroyo from the life-support machine:

“There’s no such thing. I have documents to show that the rules of London is very different. It is not the call of any family member when to stop the medication or to unplug. In fact, there was no plug. Halos lumuhod ako sa doktor para pakiusapan sila na gawin lahat but they said they did everything,” she said.

On knowing Iggy as her partner:

“I’ll miss you everyday of my life. Thank you, thank you sa lahat lahat. Salamat for giving me the best years of my life. I was blessed. I want to thank God for it.”
