Myrtle Sarrosa, 17 year-old,  of Iloilo City was named as Pinoy Big Brother (PBB) Teen Edition 4 Big Winner on Saturday after receiving the highest number of text votes.

Known as the “Cosplay Cutie of Iloilo,” Myrtle is the top three costume player in the country. She also serves as a Sangguniang Kabataan president in her hometown.

Karen Reyes was the 2nd Big Placer, Roy Requejo was 3rd Big Placer and the twins Jai & Joj Agpangan was the 4th Big Placer.
