Newest Kapamilya teen stars Julia Barretto and Julian Estrada are set to grace the small screens together for the first time this Saturday (April 27) as they topbill the special episode of ABS-CBN’s award-winning fantasy-drama anthology “Wansapanataym.”

“It feels good to be back in acting once again. I’ve missed it so much since it has been a long time already since I did my last project,” said Julia. “Aside from the lesson of the story in ‘Wansapanataym,’ I’ve also learned how to portray my role better.

According to Julian, he and his family are very excited for his first portrayal on TV. “My family has been very supportive to me. They always remind me to give my heart in everything I do,” he said.

Like Julia and Julian, TV viewers will surely learn a lot in the episode ‘Si Bokbok Ang Batang Mapanubok’ in “Wansapanataym” this Saturday. Julia will play the role of Bokbok’s (Clarence Delgado) sister Lily, while Julian will take of the role of the witch’s adopted son Ian.

Because of his disobedience, Bokbok will be captured by the witch Divina (Mylene Dizon) and will be used in her plans to steal from others. How will Lily and Ian help Bokbok to escape from the hands of Divina? Will they be able to teach Bokbok the importance of obeying elders?

Bugoy Cariño’s turn on “Wansapanataym” this Saturday!

After being hailed as the Best Supporting Actor in ASEAN International Film Festival for the independent film “Alagwa,” Kapamilya child wonder Bugoy Carino will showcase his acting skills once again this Saturday (April 6) as he teaches his fellow kids an important lesson on taking good care of animals in ABS-CBN’s award-winning fantasy-drama anthology “Wansapanataym.”

In an episode titled ‘Finding Nilo,’ Bugoy will portray the role of Nilo, a child who is punished to become fish after accidentally stepping on a dakuwaka—a rare kind of fish which believed to be the guardian of the sea.

In order for him to return to his normal self once again, Nilo must go on a mission to save the mother dakuwaka from the researchers who captured her. In the end, will Nilo and the scientists finally learn to value animals and realize the importance of taking good care of them?

ABS-CBN’s award-winning fantasy-drama anthology “Wansapantaym” continues its winning streak as it recently won in the ratings game over GMA’s newly launched sitcom.

According to the latest data from Kantar Media, “Wansapanataym” last Saturday (March 16), Zaijian Jaranilla’s ‘Hungry Games’ episode garnered 28.1% national TV ratings, compared to its newest rival program “Vampire Ang Daddy Ko” which only got 15.6%.

Meanwhile, “Wansapantaym” will teach kids this Saturday (March 23) the importance of education via its episode titled ‘No Read, No Write Nomar.’ Zaijian takes on the role of Nomar, a kid who takes his studies for granted due to his dream to become a good dancer. Because of his ambition, a scientist gives Nomar a magic potion that will give him the ability to become an amazing dancer. Will Nomar finally prioritize his education when he discovers that he can no longer read and write because of the potion?

According to the latest data of Kantar Media last Saturday (January 12), Zaijian’s ‘Father and Son na No.1’ episode was the no.1 weekend TV show, garnering 33.6% national TV rating, or more than double the rating earned by its rival program in GMA “Kap’s Amazing Stories” which only got 16.3%.

Meanwhile, Zaijian will continue to win the hearts of viewers in the continuation of his “Wansapanataym” special this Saturday (January 19) as he takes on the role of Lino, a young boy who doesn’t listen to his parents. When a typhoon was reported to hit their area, Lino chooses to play with his friends instead of obeying his father’s instruction to join the preparation for the upcoming tragedy.
